My philosophy is simple: choose the right people to work with and never compromise in quality. Travelling the world and collect new experiences is my ultimate source of ideas and I'm thrilled by its’ energy. There is no good chef or good restaurant without good guys at their back. Our team is the main thing. Our philosophy is to be honest, this is the way how we work, the way how I cook and how I run the kitchen… and as I`m trying to write this letter, I realize it might be better if I cook for you 🙂
